The Courts are open to the public currently. However, all hearings, mediations and in-person appearances are suspended until after May 1st. The Court will only hear the following cases currently:

  • Arraignments and first appearances of defendants held in custody
  • Motions for review of bail
  • Juvenile detention hearings
  • Protection from Abuse requests and hearings
  • Protection from Harassment requests and hearings
  • Child Protection petitions and hearings
  • Mental health requests and hearings
  • Hearings granted on motion

If there is a compelling reason for immediate relief in a family matter, we can file a motion to be heard on an emergency basis. I will remain working. Any questions feel free to call or email me!
